Present Simple, Present Progressive, Present Perfect, or Present Perfect Progressive.
1. Look. Can you see Simon over there? – He (sit) in the corner. – Yes, he (wait) for Jack. He (sit) there since two o’clock.
2. I (learn) Spanish since last year.
3. How many driving lessons you (have) lately?
4. They (repair) the road all this week, but they (not/finish) it yet.
5. You are out of breath. You (run)?
6. Don’t rush me. I (work) as fast as I can.
7. It (get) harder and harder to find time.
8. He always (argue) and (fight)!
9. You never (know) how he is going to react.
10. What you (do)? – I’m a doctor.

1)is sitting, is waiting, is sitting. Тут можна словом sitting ( сидит) во втором случае написать he has been sitting
2) have been learning
3) had
4) are repairing , haven't finished
5) were running
6) work
7) It's getting
8) argues, fights
9) know
10) do
