Dear Matt,
Thanks for your letter. I would like to get your letter again. I'm sorry I haven't answered earlier but I was really busy with my school.
In your letter you asked me about keeping fit. Well, I do lots of exersises to keep fit.Moreover, I try to keep healthy diet.
As for my health, I try to avoid fast food and harmful food. What is more, I try to drink much water.
Actually, I prefer eating useful food. For example, fruit and vegetables.
