12-8=4 км/час Фома ехал быстрее Еремы, т.к. Фома приехал в город а Ереме осталось проехать еще 12 км тогда:12:4=3 часа составило время в пути у Фомы, т.к. сорость Фомы 12 км/час получаем12*3=36 км расстояние между городом и деревней
