My day in the village

I do not live in a village, but I like to visit one when I have vacations or some days off. So, I would like to share my one day in a village with you.

I am on vacation now, but I must get up very early anyway because i have a lot of things to do.

When I come to the village in the summer, every morning starts the same way by walking

around the round old berry bushes in the garden. I love all sorts of different berries, especially raspberries! After this short walk it's breakfast time. Usually my grandmother and I eat porridge or country cottage cheese with sour cream and fresh milk but today she cooked small. round yellow pancakes just for me. I was very surprised! It is still a nice early morning so there is a lot of time for various leisure activities. But I still need

to feed the small white rabbits and look after the big brown chickens. There are only 6

chickens, and they bring 4-5 eggs every day. Once I finish my basic household duties, I can

enjoy a walk to the forest. The forest is a very interesting place! I do not need to walk too far

because the forest is right near the river, about a kilometer away. And there is so much

growing in the forest! There are rose hips, blackberries, and even wild strawberries! When I grow older, I would like to live in a comfortable small house in a picturesque village. And the most important thing for me would be the small colourful garden with a lot of beautiful old fruit trees and flowers. I am so excited about this idea and I think I would spend most of the time in my garden.
