4500+320=4820кг(всего картофеля)
4820 это 8/8следовательно:
4820:8=602,5 это 1/8
Тогда:
602,5×3=1807,5кг продали
4820-1807,5=3012,5кг осталось.
Ответ: в магазине осталось 3012,5кг картофеля.
