Что такое разность ? (Как объяснить ребёнку)

Приведите пример с яблоками(либо конфетами, неважно, что бы было наглядно и желательно визуально показывать ему пример на РЕАЛЬНЫХ вещах)
То есть покажите ему 5 яблок, вычтите(уберите) 2 и скажите, что оставшиеся 3 яблока это и есть разность между 5-ю и 2-мя и что это работает с любыми числами!
P.S. Лично я примерно так бы и объяснял!
