The Britain Parlament has got two Houses. The first one is the House of Common. There the members of this House are creating new taxes and laws. The second one is the House if Lords. It's a place where more important persons accept or decline the new rules which were created by the House of Common. The main power in the country has the Parlament, not the Queen.
