2.  Where are the books? They are on the floor under the chair.
3.  Where are the DVDs? They are between the lamp an TV.
4.  Where is the sandwich? It is on the table near computer.
Остальные по аналогии. Спрашиваем where... Если это м.р.,ж.р. или с.р., то ставим is в вопросе. В остальных случаях are. На - on, в - in, под - under, между - between, сзади - behind, рядом/возле - near
