Im' sorry to hear about it. I think i can help you. In my opinion you should first try to talk with your flatmates. Just tell them them that you have a headache and you need a silence in your room. But if this doesn't  help, you should call your close friend and ask him for only one night in his/her house. You can also call the police and tell them truth. They will help you for sure. Or... if this is your house you can just entreat the guests. They can't do nothing with it, but i think your flatmates will be offened and sad. I really hope i helped you.
