Now the modern world develops very quickly, all hurry somewhere, by hours stand in corks, work till late at night. And the pore of time and forces on going in for sports does not remain already.
I consider that going in for sports must to everybody. A shortage of time is all the excuses. Think, it is not so difficult to distinguish 10-15 minutes in a day, to do a gymnastics, run about with the dog in the morning on a park, to sweep on a bicycle or rollers.
Health - this most valuable, that a man has, and him it is needed to save and strengthen.
