When you move to a new block of flats you, as a rule, can't choose your neighbours. They can be noisy, rude, and they can be friendly and polite. There are lovely people on our floor. We sometimes go to each other's home. I can always ask my neighbours for help. They'll never say 'no'. Our neighbours are very friendly, they are always polite and nice.  But the neighbors on the upper floor above our flat are noisy. You can often hear loud music or some cries in their flat, especially during holidays and at weekends. They have a lot of relatives and friends who often come to visit them. Though if you ask them about something, they will never refuse to help you, and they even apologize because of the loud noise. I love my neighbours. On the whole they are wonderful people! I wish everyone had such understanding and good neighbours!
