1- Yes, of course there are alot of advantages of learning foreign languages. First of all  you can read forign Literature in original, you can travell around the world without any problems. Secondly, you can meet and communicate with people from another countries. I think it is great.
2- To my mind there are a lot of advantages of being the youngest in the family, because everybody tries to help you in everything, they love you more than for example your sister or brother)
