2)В городе же, можно гулять в парках, кататься на роликах и хорошо проводить время в компании хороших друзей.

Pros in the village: air is cleaner, there is less transport, more nature, it's quite and calm.
Cons: it's far from society, from different and interesting activities, which are in the city. Everybody knows everyone and this leads to a lack of felling of freedom.

In the city you can have a walk in the parks, you can do rollerblading and you can spend your time in the company of your friends.
