Dear (пишешь имя получателя письма)! It's me, your friend (пишешь свое имя)..  In your last letter you talked about your school and asked me  about the languages I learned. So I thought that I need to answer you, cause I missed you very much. Well, let's begin.
I learned english and russian languages at school. They're very interesting, you know? Also I want to learn chinese and french, cause I want to travel to China and France. These places are very popular and modern.  
Welll, what do you think about my choice? Do you like it or I need to  practice in other languages. Or maybe my dream is a stupid dream.. Or not
