Там формулы не применяются, это самое простое выражение

ANN IS A SECRETARY

My friend Ann (be) a secretary. She (work) for a big Russian company. The office of her company (be) in the centre of Moscow.

Ann's working day (begin) at 9 o'clock in the morning. She usually (come) to the office at 8:45 to get ready work. She (be) never late for work and she (be) very seldom ill.

As a rule, Ann (have) much work to do. In the morning she (type) the appointment sheet and (put) it on her manager's desk. Then she (sort) the mail and (take) it to her manager. After the manager (look) through the mail, she (take) dictation and (type) replies to the letters. Ann can type both in Latin and Russian. She can also use the computer very well. During the working day Ann (receive) visitors at the office and (answer) the phone.

Ann's manager often (go) on business and she (book) tickets for planes and trains. She often (reserve) a table at a restaurant for his business meetings.

At one o'clock Ann usually (have) lunch. As a rule she (have) it at her desk but sometimes she (go) to the nearest café with her co-workers.

When Ann's manager (have) an important meeting, Ann (be) always present at it and (take) shorthand minutes. Then she (write) a report.

Ann's working day (be) usually over at 6 p.m. but sometimes she (have) much work and (stay) at work till 7 or 8 p.m. Then she (go) home. In the evening Ann (like) to read books and watch TV.
