Это-ручка.Она употребляется для того что бы люди писали с ней!Ручки бывают разные:пластиковые,железные и даже мягкие!К примеру обычная,пластиковая ручка состоит из чернила и основы состоящей из пластика либо железа!Форма:ручки разные:короткие,длинные,тонкие и толстые!Цвета чернил бывают разных цветов!Но основной синий это ручка которой пишут в школах и работах!
