Явные признаки разговорной речи видны в словах Саньки. Более свободный порядок слов. В основном неполные предложения. Нет главных членов предложения. Предложения короткие.

Это диалог. А диалог - это разговор двух или более лиц. Следовательно, и слова бабушки - разговорный стиль. Здесь мы видим неофициальность и непринужденность общения. Спонтанность речи и ее неподготовленность.
