Pavlodar is a city located on the Irtysh river. Also is the administrative center of Pavlodar region of Kazakhstan. Attoreny the city appeared in the early 18th century as one of the military outposts of the Irtysh line.

Pavlodar is modern industrial and cultural city. Old houses in the Siberian "merchant" style seamlessly coexist with modern buildings. Modern Pavlodar was stretched during 16 km, on a coast Irtysh, which forms Western border of city and defines his character. The green embankment of the Irtysh river attracts residents and visitors alike. If you look here to the West, as far as the eye only the steppe, the endless sky and Irtysh rivers with steep wild slopes.
