First of all, of course, the nurse is engaged in care of the child, ensures to him safety and comfort. In the absence of mother the nurse has to care for the kid the same as mother cares, namely: to feed, drive on walks, to play, read books, to tell fairy tales, to put to bed etc. Besides, to cook to the child food, to look after clothes, to erase, iron, keep order in the nursery, sometimes to buy baby food, to visit dairy kitchen, to go with the child to policlinic, circles, sections, to take away from kindergarten and school, to check homework.
