и мое мнение, что в английском языке следующие существительные относятся одному или другому типу следующим образом:
sugar - неисч
apples - исчисл
fruit - неисч
bread-неисчисл
potatous - исчисл
chicken - неисчисл

1 The department store is on the right of the Tesco. 2 The traffic light is in front of the railway station. 3 The School is between the library and the cinema. 4 The Newsagent is in front of the post office. 5 The Railway station is opposite the cinema.   6 The Tesco is between the department store and the restaurant. 7 Cinema is near the School. 8 The church is next to the library. 9 Restaurant is on the left of the Tesco. 10 Post office is behind the pub.
