 зависимости ОТ ФОРМЫ СОБСТВЕННОСТИ предпринимательство делится на государственное и частное. Удельный вес этих двух секторов в национальной экономике подвижен: при национализации границы государственного предпринимательства расширяются, приватизация их сужает.

Государственное предпринимательство обычно более капиталоемко и стабильно, ибо обладает финансовой и организационной опекой правительства.

В то же время частный сектор имеет перед государственным ряд преимуществ: свободен в избрании наиболее прибыльной сферы деятельности; не регламентирован в объемах бизнеса; не ограничен твердой ценой.

В предпринимательстве выделяют три вида:

1) индивидуальное, или частное;

2) товарищество, или партнерство;

3) корпорация (акционерное общество).

ИНДИВИДУАЛЬНЫМ ПРЕДПРИНИМАТЕЛЬСТВОМ называют бизнес, владельцем которого является один человек. Он несет неограниченную имущественную ответственность, и у него невелик капитал — в этом недостатки индивидуального предпринимательства.

Его преимуществакаждый собственник владеет всей прибылью, может сам производить любые изменения. Он платит только подоходный налог и освобожден от налога, установленного для корпораций. Это наиболее распространенная форма бизнеса, характерная для мелких магазинов, предприятий сферы услуг, ферм, а также профессиональной деятельности юристов, врачей и т. п.
