The status of the conversion is automatically updated, so you don't need to refresh this page, however, if you don't want to wait and would like to be notified by email once the conversion is complete then click on the notify link next to each file and enter the email address to which the notification should be sent.

Once a file is converted successfully, it will be available for download for up to 24 hours, after which the file will no longer be accessible, however, you can also delete the converted file by pressing the "Delete" button (which will appear once the file is successfully converted).
