Москвич Попов О. 26 февраля 2013 г. заключил с ООО «Вабанк» договор купли - продажи двухкамерного холодильника «Фея», который в тот момент стоил 25000 рублей, с условием получения товара после того, как приведет продавцу еще трех покупателей такого же холодильника. 70 Причем, если новые клиенты не будут приведены, то товар можно будет приобрести только через 12 месяцев. Однако потребитель скоро понял, что покупателей он найти не может и обратился в ООО «Вабанк» с предложением о расторжении договора. Его просьба осталась без ответа. Разрешите спор.

Договор был заключён и соответственно исполнен сторонами, при том, в нём указывается, что будет в случае отсутствия этих трёх покупателей. Но мы не знаем всех условий договора, а вообще, на основании законов РФ, ответ на расторжение договора должен быть. Если ответа нет, значит следует обратиться в комитет по защите прав потребителей.
