В законе прописано, что движимой вещью считается любая вещь, которая не относится к недвижимой. А недвижимая - это та, которую можно переместить в любое место и при этом не принести ей ущерба. Исходя из этого можно сказать, что это ценные бумаги, деньги, оружие, исторические ценности, транспортные средства. Среди транспортных средств считаются НЕДВИЖИМОСТЬЮ воздушные суда (самолеты), водные суда, космические объекты.
