Отношение к современному молодёжному сленгу у всех разное. У кого-то - положительное, у кого-то - отрицательное.
В основном, им пользуется молодёжь - по этому он и называется - "молодёжный". У школьников и молодых людей в речи много современных слов, и можно сказать, что их отношение к нему положительное. Новые слова часто являются заимствованными из других языков ( в основном - английский).
Люди старшего возраста относятся к этим словам по разному. Одни - воспринимают его спокойно, а другие - против него.
Но у каждого поколения всегда был свой слэнг. Что 10 лет назад, что 20.
