For breakfast they eat cereal and toasts with marmalade. It is usually at 6 or 7 a. m. They have fruit juice and yogurt, a cup of tea or coffee. Lunch is a light meal. Most people eat at school, in the factory canteen or in cafes. The main meal is dinner, which is usually eaten between 6 and 7 p.m. A typical evening meal is a meat dish with vegetables and a dessert. Among favourite British vegetables are beans, brussels, sprouts. They drink fruit juice or water. Coffee or tea is served at the end of the meal. Traditional English desserts are pudding and cheesecake. In Ukraine people have a light breakfast, a rich dinner and a supper.
