1) In my opinion, i don't think they can because, usually when a man is too intelegent or smart they start to think that other people are weaker than him due to his own richness of informations.
2)No, because first of all it say it on the text- "VIOLENT INCIDENTS" and this means that there was either a fight or a accident that happened. All of this to a bad direcction.
3)I personally think it would fit a word- "Racist" or "Egoisticall"
