One of the famous Belorussian dishes is named "draniki",potato thick pancakes.
This dish reminds me my visit to Barcelona where i tried spanish omelette which is named "Tortilla de patatas".The taste is very similar to our traditional dish,and even ingridients are almost the same.The recipe is very easy to follow and I am sure people who tried tortilla noticed that it's very delicious.
