My last holiday I went to Germany to spend a weekend with my friend who lives there. 2. I went on my own (или можешь сказать I went with my parents в твоем случае больше подойдет). 3. I/we travelled on a plane. 4. First of all, I was just happy to spent a lot of time with my friend. My friend and I went sightseeing, we visited few castles and botanical gardens. And we also spent few hours in a Roman thermal bath. My friend took me to a few nice local restaurants for dinner. Shopping in Germany is amazing, so I bought some nice clothes as well.
