I remember spending a holiday in Japan when I was fourteen. I went there with my father. My father was invited by his old friend.
I knew that the Japanese had different kinds of traditional dishes. I didn't really like the idea of trying unusual food.
One evening we went to the restaurant. I smiled and said that they were very delicious, so he gave me some of his. I went on eating the urchins, but I wasn't really enjoying the experience at all!
I gradually got used to trying new food.
