Это Лисянский Юрий Фёдорович-русский мореплаватель,который в 1803-1806 годах совершил первую кругосветную экспедицию в истории российского флота.Затем он написал книгу "Путешествие вокруг света на корабле Нева в 1803-1806 годах",в которой изложил подробно много новых на тот момент географических открытий.
