длина водоёма прямоугольной формы равна 45 м,а ширина 38м.На расстоянии 2м от водоёма поставили изгородь.Найдите длину изгороди.

45+2+2 = 49 м длина изгороди
38+2+2 = 42 м ширина изгороди
Р=2(а+в) = 2(49+42) = 182 периметр изгороди или ее длина

понятно объяснил? т.е. у тебя получается прямоугольник и на расстоянии 2 м с каждой стороны второй больший пямоугольник
