How do you think society should deal with irresponsible behaviour?
Personally I find this question rather difficult. The best solution for society concerning this problem would be finding the way of punishing those who behave irresponsibly. As they cause problems to others, they should be either fined or punished in some way or other. I am not sure about the punishment itself but it should be discussed. If a person needs medical correction we should advise him a good doctor.
