In a poor district the streets are narrow, the houses are small and certainly not rich. The people, that live there are not rich, too. Poor districts are not in the centre of the city. The schools or nursery schools are not modern, usually they are old buildings.  Poor people live in poor districts.

Poor area includes an abundance of people out of work. Probably on the road is a lot of garbage. Houses old and almost uninhabitable. A lot of homeless animals in terrible condition
