Every day a blind man played the violin in the street. His dog sat near him with a cap in his mouth. People dropped coins into the cap. One cold day the man was playing but nobody gave him anything. He was so tired and stopped playing. Suddenly a young man came up and asked him what was wrong and then offered him some help. He began to play the violin instead of the blind man. People gathered and listened to fine music and thanked the young man for the pleasure. The cap was full of money. The young man was Paganini.
