To get to school, I have to take the bus, because I live far. Then, from the bus stop i need to turn to the right, and i was standing near to the school 

От школы до дома.
From school I go to the bus stop. I sit on the bus, and then I'll go to the bus stop near the house. I go down the road, turn to the left, and I was near the house.
