Conflicts are an essential part of our everyday life.
A conflict situation can happen between parents and children, teachers and students, directors and employees, and even between friends.
Conflicts can occur between individuals, groups and organizations, countries.
Examples of conflicts include quarrels between individuals, labor strikes, competitive sports, or armed conflicts.

A conflict supposes opposing interests between parties and a strong belief by each side that the other one is or will act against them.
That’s why it can be rather difficult sometimes to stop the conflict and come to a peaceful final.
