The first course of my dinner is salad. I think, that salad is very healthy food.
The traditional Ukranian dishes are borsch, schi, lard, dumplings, vareniki and others.
I know, that Ukranian food is very tasty. Anciently in Ukraine people used meat of domestic and wild animal, poultry, and any kinds of fruits and vegetables. For example, carrot, potato, beet, radich, pickles.
