Почему при повышении температуры тела расширяются а при понижении сжимаютя? помогите пожалуйста

потому что их молекулярная решетка расширяется, соответственно они сами тоже расширяются, можно в кипяток положить металлический шарик и проверить на каком либо отверстии, в которое он спокойно пролезал, но при нагревании он пройдет туда с трудом. ;)
