Почему человек может несколько минут спокойно
находиться в финской бане с температурой воздуха
100оС, и не выдержит и нескольких секунд в парной
бане с такой же температурой? (В финской бане воздух
сухой).

Потому что пар имеет температуру 100 градусов, а пар это вода в виде газа, а тоесть если ты сунешь руку в кострюлю с горячей водой, у тебя просто напросто облезит кожа.
