Изначально подсчитаем сколько всего может быть комбинаций для этого просто возведём шестерку в третью степень.
 6^{3} =216 - комбинаций выпадения костей начиная от трёх единиц и заканчивая тремя шестёрками.
Легче всего подсчитать комбинации, которые дают сумму очков, превышающую 16:
666; 665; 656; 566.
И того всего 4 комбинации, которые не подходят, следовательно остальные 212 комбинаций подходят.
212 / 216 * 100% ≈ 98%.
Если я правильно понял задачу, то
