We all need exercise. This is true for young people (in their teens) as well as for adults. Even if you don't plan make sports your main occupation. This is my opinion and I feel like it is true.As long as I can remember myself I was always keen on basketball. I love this sport with its old noble traditions, though myself never dreamed of becoming anything more than an amateur.
I watch closely all basketball competitions and championships.
And meantime I play basketball with my friends. It is also a great opportunity to socialize with people who have similar interest (as any sport I suppose).
