Dear Mary, I haven't heard from you for ages. How are you? What are you busy with? I have been to Kyiv during my spring holidays and I want to tell you about this beautiful city. So,the trip started early in the morning on a train. I and my family got in our carriage and enjoyed the views from the window. The nature was great- lots of woods,fields and lawns full of colourful plants. We arrived to Kyiv after 4 hours and started our excursion around the city.
We took an underground and went to the main street Khreshchatyk. It impressed all of us very much. People are very kind and cheerful. Walking along the Khreschatyk,we came across Independence Square or Maidan Nezalezhosti. It is very beautiful and clean.
