Из госбюджета была выделена некоторая сумма денег на постройку дорог. После чего 2% забрало себе министерство здравоохранения, для лечения своих нервов от плохих дорог, далее 3% куда то пропало вообще не известно, 13% еще налог подоходный, мы ж выделили пусть платят сказало государство, потом 15% на новые машинки для депутатов госдумы, потом одного поймали на воровстве 1%, но он обратно отдал уже 200% от того что взял. ну короче осталось 1.5 миллиона. Вопрос а сколько выделило государство то? и вообще выделяло ли?
