how can people live without technology?

Many people live without technology. in the main it's the poor countries .there aren't a electricity, the buildings, the factories .The people hunt , eat a raw meat  or the fruits and vegetables .They save the old rites and often be ill ,because they haven't the doctors.But they don't need the technology. they are satisfied with their lives.
In Madagascar,In Ethiopia,in the Central African Republic.
