frac{90}{10}  ×  frac{2}{10}  × х = 9,9

frac{18}{100} х = 9,9
х= frac{9,9 *100}{18} =  frac{990}{18} = 55

можно сделать проверку 20% от 55 - (55×20)÷100=1100÷100=11
90% от 11 - (11×90)÷100=990÷100=9,9
